Meet the Optometrist

Dr. Thomas Nguyen, OD - OptometristDr. Nguyen was born and raised in Regina. He graduated from Miller Comprehensive High School and went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biochemistry at the University of Regina. He went on to continue his education at the University of Waterloo graduating with a Doctorate in Optometry.
In his final year of studies, Dr. Nguyen rotated through different clinics which included Regina Eye Centre, Primary Eye Care Center in Moose Jaw, Image Optometry in Surrey as well as Houston Eye Associates. Each location provided a unique learning experience with emphasis in different areas of eye care including primary care, pediatrics, contact lenses, disease diagnosis, therapy and surgery.
After returning to Regina and practicing full scope optometry at the Lakewood Eyehealth Centre for a year, Dr. Nguyen founded the practice Outlook Optometry in 2013.
